RETURN POLICY

1. OUR RETURN POLICY

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of purchase then unfortunately we are unable to process your refund request. Currently, refunds are only avaiable to orders made within the United Kingdom.

To be eligible for a refund. Your item must be unused/ unopened and in the condition that you received it in. We DO NOT accept returns on opened samples and tubs.

3. THE OUTCOME

Once we have received your return request. We will reach out via email to acknowledge your message and also inform you if your refund has been accepted or rejected.

If your refund is accepted we will provide a return address in which your item needs to be sent to. Please note that the original shipping fee on your order is non-refundable and you are responsible to cover any cost to get the item back to us.

4. FRAUD AND CHARGEBACKS

We take fraud very seriously, and we don't want any confusion in our transactions. As part of our return process, please allow for necessary chargeback delays (up to 7 days) to occur to ensure your original payment has been completely processed.

Once your original payment has been processed we will then make the chargeback to the original payment method or credit your RAGEPHASE account with amount due.
